Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
- Provide accurate information and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language as per your need].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Data entry).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
