Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
• Provide accurate information and build positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language as per your need].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Data entry).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
