Job Role
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our Collections team in Raipur. The role involves following up with customers on overdue payments, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely collections, while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound collection calls per day to customers with overdue EMIs.
- Educate customers about their pending dues, repayment terms, and consequences of non-payment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payment promises, and follow-ups in the system.
- Work closely with the Collections Supervisor to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Send WhatsApp reminders and payment links through company’s CRM/WhatsApp API.
- Identify and escalate high-risk cases for legal or field recovery action.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and courtesy while ensuring firmness in collection efforts
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
