Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding the benefits of renewable energy and the installation process.
• Generate and qualify leads by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
• Achieve monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and contribute to building positive relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and convert leads into customers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in solar energy and Unisun’s product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in Kannada (both speaking and writing).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
