- Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Inbound Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone calls and gathering relevant information. Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, resolving issues, and following up on leads. Sales and Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team performance. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems. Following Communication Scripts: Adhering to established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism. Compliance: Ensuring all telecalling activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
