Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Telecaller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records and communicating with clients or customers via telephone to provide information, support, or follow-up on leads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections.
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about product follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
