Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain their features and benefits, and generate interest.
- Lead Generation:Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations.
- Sales Closing:Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Calls:Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
- Customer Relationship Management:Building rapport with customers, maintaining positive relationships, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Database Management:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems.
- Reporting:Providing feedback and reports on call activities and sales performance.
- Meeting Targets:Achieving individual or team sales targets and contributing to overall business goals.
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, address concerns, and provide solutions.
- Sales Skills: Ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet sales targets.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, telephone systems, and other relevant tools.
