Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the field sales team.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in [Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada, etc.].
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
