We are hiring Telecallers who are confident, polite, and fluent in communication to handle outbound and inbound calls, follow up on leads, and explain products/services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain call records
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits
- Convert interested leads into sales or appointments
- Maintain daily call logs and report to the team leader
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web)
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass
