- Handle customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintain call records and update systems
- Ensure smooth and professional communication
* Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi
- Experience in telecalling is a plus
- Freshers are welcome
- Confident, punctual, and responsible
