Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Male) – Hindi Speaker
Role Overview:
We are seeking empathetic and professional Telecalling Executive to assist customers with our services, focusing on male sexual healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide service details and support.
- Guide customers on doctor appointment, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Use Zoho CRM to manage customer data, track interactions, and update records.
- Address queries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure confidentiality while discussing sensitive topics.
- Manage live chat process with customers and their queries, doubts, issues.
Requirements:
- Must have completed Graduation, prior telecalling experience is plus.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar platforms will be preffered.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi.
- Personal laptop is required.
- Professional, empathetic, and discreet approach to customer interactions.
Eligibility:
- Hindi Speaking is mandatory for customer interaction purpose.
- Candidates who have completed Graduation will be preffered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
