- Pray for callers’ personal, family, and spiritual needs with compassion and sincerity.
- Share information about Jesus Calls programs, events, and ministry initiatives.
- Encourage and motivate prayer partners to support the ministry through prayers, donations, and active participation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contributions, and partner interactions in the database.
- Handle inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Follow up with prayer partners and donors as needed.
- Achieve call and follow-up targets set by the ministry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, etc. preferred).
- Ability to listen actively and empathize with callers.
- Good telephone etiquette and polite communication style.
- Prayerful attitude and commitment to the mission of Jesus Calls.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
