Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote offers, menu updates, and new services.
- Answer inbound calls for reservations, delivery orders, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, bookings, and feedback.
- Follow call scripts and communication guidelines while personalizing the conversation.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
- Upsell menu items, combos, or special deals during customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the restaurant’s operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Update customer database regularly to support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and represent the restaurant positively.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or graduate degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge for CRM or order management software.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
