Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients based on predefined criteria.
- Product/Service Presentation: Explaining the features, benefits, and value proposition of the IT products or services.
- Relationship Building: Establishing rapport with potential clients and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead information.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
- Following Up: Following up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and potentially English.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to convince clients and close deals.
- IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
