We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Report call outcomes and feedback to the sales/management team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/Graduate in any field.
- Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer support executive is preferred (freshers can also apply).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
