We are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. leads (Doctors)
- Understand learning needs and setup meeting with Sales Team.
- Follow up on leads.
- Finding doctors from the database and calling them, and pitching
Requirements:
- 0-1 year telesales or inside sales experience/telecalling
- Excellent spoken English and U.S. market understanding
- Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift)
- Familiar with CRM tools and basic tech platforms
