Roles & Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer databases and update records regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle objections and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for business growth.
- Confirming Address with customer.
- Order Placing Confirmation to Customer.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi as required.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Positive attitude, patience, and good listening skills.
- Required Only Females

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
