Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional who can lead end-to-end recruitment and also play a key role in client success by building strong relationships with parents, schools, and partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Build talent pipelines across roles such as counsellors, psychologists, sales, and operations
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, and creative outreach strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Drive employer branding by showcasing The Education Match as an aspirational workplace
Client Success (30%)
- Act as a point of contact for parents, schools, and academic partners
- Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client onboarding for counselling programs
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Collect feedback and insights from schools/parents to improve engagement
- Represent The Education Match in client calls, webinars, and school-facing discussions
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/PG in HR or Marketing preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, client servicing, or people-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting, job boards, and digital communication tools
- A people-first mindset with the ability to multitask across HR and client engagement
