Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in customer service, blue-collar staffing, or hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding — ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for various operational and service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and field outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.
- Drive walk-in drives, bulk hiring campaigns, and field recruitment when required.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future requirements.
Preferred Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience in customer service, blue-collar, or hospitality recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media hiring, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
