Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Team Lead to head our technical recruitment efforts from our office.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical hiring background , excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You must be comfortable working under tight deadlines, juggling multiple priorities, and owning the full hiring lifecycle for critical, time-sensitive roles —including RPA Developers/Testers, AI consultants, Cloud Engineers , and other niche tech profiles.
This is a leadership role with individual contribution responsibilities , perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, speed, and delivery.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for complex, mid-to-senior technical positions across India and international client geographies.

Own recruitment delivery for niche tech roles (e.g., UiPath RPA, AI/ML, automation, cloud, and enterprise tech).

Manage a team of recruiters – set goals, review performance, guide sourcing strategy, and ensure consistent delivery across open roles.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and global business leaders to define role requirements and manage hiring priorities.

Deliver against aggressive hiring deadlines without compromising on candidate quality or process integrity.

Use multiple sourcing channels – LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, seek referrals, job boards, talent databases – and build a strong talent pipeline for high-demand roles.

Maintain accurate reporting, dashboards, and recruitment KPIs (TAT, offer-to-join, quality-of-hire, etc.)

Ensure a structured and consistent interviewing and evaluation process across the team.

Champion process excellence, candidate experience, and employer branding efforts at the local level.

Act as a cultural and team anchor in office – help build team cohesion, drive initiatives, and support leadership in broader HR efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Technical field. MBA preferred.

4–7 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment , with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role .

Deep understanding of the technical landscape – must have experience hiring for RPA, AI/ML, automation, DevOps, Cloud, and IT consulting profiles.

Proven ability to deliver under pressure , manage aggressive timelines, and close high-priority roles with speed and accuracy.

Excellent stakeholder management skills – can influence, push back, and partner with business teams effectively.

Experience with ATS, reporting dashboards, sourcing tools , and market mapping.

Strong communication, people management, and decision-making skills.

High attention to detail, process mindset, and data-driven approach to hiring.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while keeping the team motivated and aligned.
