Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Sweet Maker with experience in preparing a wide range of Indian sweets. The role is based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, and offers a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Indian sweets like Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Barfi, Ladoo, Kaju Katli, etc.
- Ensure taste, quality, and consistency in every batch.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Manage raw materials and report inventory requirements.
- Innovate with seasonal or festive sweet recipes as needed.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Indian sweet preparation.
- Deep understanding of traditional mithai ingredients and techniques.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
