We are looking for a creative and passionate Reel Maker who is an expert in shooting and editing short-form political content for social media. You will work closely with our team to capture engaging videos of political activities, public interactions, events, and campaigns, and then edit them into high-quality reels using VN or CapCut.
This is a full-time, on-site position. We will provide you with an iPhone and gimbal for shooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record high-quality vertical videos of political activities, public events, and community programs.
- Edit videos into engaging short reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts using VN or CapCut.
- Add captions, effects, music, and transitions to match the tone of political PR content.
- Capture spontaneous moments and ensure all visuals reflect a professional and positive image.
- Collaborate with the PR and social media team for creative ideas and content planning.
- Maintain a consistent brand style in all content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in short-form video creation (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
- Expert in VN and CapCut editing apps.
- Strong understanding of political content style and audience engagement.
- Ability to shoot steady, well-composed videos (experience with gimbals preferred).
- Creative storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel locally for events and shoots.
- Full-time availability.
