Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of sweets (traditional and contemporary) as per recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Plan daily production schedules and manage raw material usage effectively.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in sweet preparation techniques.
- Innovate and introduce new sweet varieties to expand the bakery’s menu.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team for ingredient requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation and availability of sweets for orders and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sweet Master in a reputed bakery, sweet shop, or confectionery.
- Expertise in preparing various sweets (e.g., laddoo, barfi, halwa, gulab jamun, rasgulla, peda, etc.).
- Knowledge of modern dessert trends and fusion sweets is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Education & Experience:
- No formal education required; professional training or certification in bakery/confectionery is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sweet preparation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
