Supply Chain Executive - Job Description
- Procurement of Medical Supplies
– Purchase medicines, medical consumables, PPE, and ambulance equipment as per demand.
- Inventory & Stock Management
– Maintain optimum stock levels at central and field warehouses; avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Warehouse Operations
– Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials across ambulance stations.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination
– Manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, ensure timely delivery and quality checks.
- Distribution Logistics
– Plan and execute timely delivery of supplies to all ambulance hubs across the state.
- Data Entry & Documentation
– Maintain accurate records: purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, stock registers, and usage logs.
- Fleet Supply Monitoring
– Ensure each ambulance is stocked with essential items (e.g., oxygen, bandages, medicines).
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
– Ensure all items meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Asset & Equipment Tracking
– Monitor distribution and condition of medical devices and other assets in the field.
- Inter-Department Coordination
– Work with Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to support uninterrupted EMS delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
