Key Responsibilities :
Counsel students and parents on available courses, career options & admission process
Follow up on leads through calls, emails & walk-ins
Maintain student database and ensure timely communication
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and student engagement activities
Build strong relationships with students and provide post-admission support
Work closely with the academic and marketing team
Qualifications :
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably with psychology, education, or communication background)
1–3 years of experience in student counseling or academic advising preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam
Friendly, patient, and student-centric approach
Good working knowledge of MS Office
