Excellent Study Abroad is seeking a motivated and experienced Student Counsellor to guide and support students in achieving their dream of studying abroad. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a clear understanding of international education systems, and a passion for student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, course selection, and admission processes.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds and provide suitable program recommendations.
- Assist in application processing, documentation, and visa guidance.
- Communicate with universities and maintain updated knowledge of admission criteria and deadlines.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain student records and regularly update the CRM system.
- Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English – excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related field preferred).
- Knowledge of popular study destinations (UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude, student-first mindset, and goal-oriented approach.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
