We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Present menus, explain dishes, and answer questions about menu items and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Communication Skills
