Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications using OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) capabilities and custom solutions as per business needs.
- Act as solution designer and architect for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including HR Case Management, Enterprise Onboarding, HR Integrations, Employee Center, and HR Taxonomy.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations to optimize HRSD processes.
- Configure and customize Service Portal, including UI/UX design and performance optimization.
- Apply strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, and AngularJS to extend and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards while delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
