Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration:
- Configure, maintain, and support ServiceNow instances, including user management, groups, roles, and permissions.
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, and Request Management.
- Configuration & Customization:
- Customize forms, fields, workflows, and business rules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and request workflows.
- System Maintenance:
- Monitor instance performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations.
- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Data Management:
- Maintain the CMDB, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
- Conduct data imports, exports, and reporting using ServiceNow reporting tools.
- Integration Support:
- Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems.
- Manage inbound and outbound API integrations.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for ServiceNow issues.
- Work with developers and stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and process workflows.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy, and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and flow designer.
- Experience with CMDB management and discovery tools.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Scripting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (CSA) required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹169.17 - ₹923.76 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
