JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in choosing apparel and accessories
Operate the POS: process cash, credit cards, returns, and exchanges accurately
Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to drive revenue
Provide excellent customer service—handle inquiries, resolve complaints professionally
Maintain overall store tidiness, including dressing rooms, storage areas, and checkout zones
Requirements & Skills
- High school or diploma
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferrable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
