- Network and Market Knowledge: Strong network of contacts within the real estate sector and in-depth knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Self-Motivation and Independence: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing partner relationships
