- Greet customers and provide assistance with telecom products and services
- Sell mobile phones, accessories, and insurance
- Demonstrate product features and provide technical support as needed
- Process sales transactions, billing, and activations accurately
- Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards at the counter
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Meet monthly sales targets.
