Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Noida
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 (based on last salary & interview)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves selling UG/PG courses online to working professionals through inbound/outbound calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential leads to understand their education needs
- Counsel and guide them on suitable programs
- Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in EdTech)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with a customer-first mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
