About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving tenant acquisition, building partnerships, and increasing occupancy across Friendzo properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive tenant acquisition through walk-ins, calls, social media leads, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants to close deals effectively
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of tenants
- Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets
- Conduct property visits and showcase the value of Friendzo’s offerings
- Assist in managing leads, tracking conversions, and optimizing the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing / Hospitality or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or real estate (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle objections
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms
- Self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
