We are looking for a Relationship Manager who brings strong client management skills combined with a solid background in operations and technology. The ideal candidate should be from a B.Tech/BCA background, with the ability to bridge the gap between clients’ business needs and our technical/operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the tech and operations teams for seamless delivery.
- Monitor client accounts, address queries, and resolve issues proactively.
- Drive process improvements and automation in client servicing using technology.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product/tech teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / BCA (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, APIs, and operational workflows.
- 0.6–1 years of experience in client relationship management / operations / fintech / IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
