Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Assistant to support business growth in the BFSI sector. The role involves assisting in sales activities, client servicing, and promoting financial products to achieve set business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships for long-term growth.
- Promote banking & financial products to potential customers.
- Support field sales operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience.
- BFSI sector experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with willingness to work in field sales.
