About the Role:
Dams Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Non-IT Recruiter Intern with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) hiring. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu, along with a strong understanding of recruitment processes in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for BFSI domain roles (Banking Operations, Customer Support, Loan Processing, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions within given deadlines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience (internship/freelance/full-time) in BFSI recruitment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and familiar with job portals/social hiring platforms.
