We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities of Sales/BDE :
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Present and pitch products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
- Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of Tele Callers:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide detailed information about offerings.
- Generate and follow up on leads to meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to plan and execute campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet targets.
