- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Respond to emails and other messages.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
- Maintain and manage calendars for staff or conference rooms.
- Notify staff of upcoming meetings or visitors.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
- Prepare and distribute memos, correspondence, and reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and visitor information.
- Assist with maintaining employee or client databases.
