- Operate Wirecut (EDM) machines for precision cutting as per design specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and CAD data for accurate machining.
- Set up, program, and monitor the Wirecut process.
- Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy in finished components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
- Coordinate with the design and tool room team to meet production targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of machining activities and inspection reports.
Requirements
NEED TO KNOW HOW TO OPERATE MACHINO & SODIK MACHINE
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical or relevant field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Wirecut Operator.
- Strong knowledge of EDM/Wirecut machines and related software.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety practices preferred.
