Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Need minimum 7+ years Experience, Managing Exchange Cluster/DAG, Preparation of Root Cause Analysis.
Experience in Exchange Rollup and Service Packs, Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
Experience in Performance tuning suggest by OEM and Update and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management.
Experience in Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions.
Experience in Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures (Applicable if the DR is in scope).
Experience Preparing, maintaining and Update of SOP and KBase.
Experience in Maintaining and Update of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents.
Experience in Integrating Exchange Online with other Office 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Configuring mail flow connectors with external partners or third-party services.
Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services
Email / Teams edsicovery and export data
Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, Office ),SMTP Relay, Email Security
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
