Job Responsibilities
The Microsoft O365 Engineer III is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft O365 cloud-based solutions to support the organization's collaboration and productivity requirements. The Engineer will work with stakeholders to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of O365 services. The engineer will also be an escalation point and technical mentor for junior team members.
Essential Functions:
5 or more years’ experience in designing, implementing and managing one or more of the O365 Competencies,
including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams ensuring the stability, reliability, and security of O365 services Systems management, reporting and monitoring of cloud services
Experience with support of enterprise environments including hybrid configurations
Manage the O365 environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL
processes
Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support
Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities
Education
Four years of college resulting in a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses
Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification or equivalent experience
Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or equivalent experience
Experience
5 Plus Years experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Experience in PowerShell scripting, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange online PowerShell, SharePoint online management shell, Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Microsoft Intune
