Receptionist

Job Summary:(FEMALES ONLY)

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will present a positive first impression of our business through excellent customer service, communication skills, and front-desk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain front desk security by following procedures such as visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
• Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
• Assist with administrative support tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Handle inquiries and resolve or redirect complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• High school degree; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
• Experience with scheduling software or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
