Position: Receptionist cum Admin
Location: Rohini Sector -9

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally and warmly.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
• Manage and maintain front desk operations and appearance.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
• Coordinate administrative support tasks such as filing, documentation, courier handling, and scheduling.
• Manage conference room bookings and meeting arrangements.
• Assist in organizing company events, travel, and meetings.
• Ensure office cleanliness and support housekeeping supervision.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Fluent in English
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
