We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and support our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Administrative Duties:
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

- Fresher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
