Receptionist and telecaller
We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist and telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in telecalling, sales, and digital marketing.
You will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls for sales, lead generation & cold calling
- Explaining products/services clearly to customers in Hindi, English & Odia
- Following up with leads and converting them into sales
- Managing digital marketing campaigns including social media promotions
- Assisting in online marketing, branding & customer engagement activities
Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Sales
✅ Must be fluent in Hindi, English & Odia
✅ Strong convincing & customer handling skills
✅ Knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Promotions
✅ Must have own Laptop & Smartphone
✅ Ability to work with targets and deadlines
