We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join Nutrition Hai Zaruri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain appointment schedules for nutrition consultations.
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities and assist in administrative tasks.
- Manage social media responses and basic client communications (if required).
- Keep records of office supplies, appointments, and reports.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, or meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant personality and good customer service skills.
