Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a professional and pleasant Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Pranav Creations. The ideal candidate will handle front desk duties, manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and support administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication across the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and visitors politely.
• Maintain visitor records and staff attendance.
• Do data entry in computer – using Google Sheets / Excel.
• Handle basic front desk operations like receiving calls.
• Share updates with internal staff through WhatsApp or phone.

Requirements:

• Must know Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas & data entry).
• 12th pass or graduate.
• Should have good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Presentable and polite with customers.
• Female candidates can apply.
