Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clear and confident communication.
• Assist in customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation of calls, emails, and client interactions.
• Support office administrative tasks as required.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Present information professionally in meetings or over calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidate, fresher or with up to 1 year of experience.
• Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
• Good listening skills and polite telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• Professional appearance and confident personality.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline (or pursuing final year).
