Job Title: Receptionist
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting various departments in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Support HR and Admin teams with on boarding and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols at the front desk.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
Other Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
