Job Summary:
Zorba Estates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, client engagement, and scheduling property site visits. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between prospective clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online portals.
- Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and purchase intent.
- Explain project features, locations, amenities, and payment plans.
- Schedule and confirm site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team for effective follow-up and conversion.
- Track and report daily lead status and follow-up activity.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through timely engagement.
- Share feedback from clients with the marketing and sales teams to improve strategies.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (Real Estate preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable using CRM software, MS Excel, and email tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets.
